    Excellent customer service, product arrived as stated and the boots a great, broke them in in no time. Love these boot, they are my second pair, first time ordering from Magnumbootshop but definitely not my last time ordering from you.

    My BATES DuraShocks are true to size and and true to width. No matter where my daily hike takes me, through the mud or through the middle of town, my feet stay warm, dry and comfortable! And when the day is done, I can dust off the boots and shine them up to a brand-new look and another day's travel.

    I bought these boots for a friend. she says they are the most comfortable boots she has worn. The customer service when buying htese boots was excellent.
