When will my order ship?

Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most free shipping orders ship within 2 business days of receipt.

Has my order shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in the evening on the day it ships. A tracking link will be included near the bottom of the email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive using free shipping?

Free no rush shipping delivery time is usually between 4 and 8 business days after shipment. Weather delays or other disruptions may affect this timeframe.

Do you offer international shipping?

We ship internationally to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship to that location.

What is your policy on clearance items?

Clearance items end in .97 pricing. These items are first quality but are not eligible for return or exchange. There are no exceptions. If you are unsure about sizing or suitability, do not purchase clearance items.
