Payment Policy
EGA Footwear Distributors processes payments in accordance with the terms below.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Your payment method is authorized and charged at the time of purchase. Orders begin processing immediately after payment is successfully completed.
Order Verification and Fraud Protection
All orders are subject to verification and fraud review. We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion if a transaction is flagged for potential fraud, unauthorized use, or verification concerns.
We may request additional documentation or verification prior to processing an order. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and refund.
Store Credit
All store credit issued by EGA Footwear Distributors LLC expires one year from the date of issuance. Any unused balance remaining after one year will expire.
Declined Payments
If your card is declined, no order will be processed. You may see a temporary authorization hold, which is not a charge and is typically removed within 2 to 5 business days.
Common reasons for declined transactions include:

Prepaid Credit or Gift Cards
Prepaid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards must be registered with the issuing bank prior to use. The billing address entered at checkout must match the registered address.
If there is a mismatch, the transaction may be declined and a temporary authorization hold may appear. Contact the card issuer for assistance if needed.
