EGA Footwear Distributors processes and ships orders in accordance with the terms below.

General Shipping Information

Most U.S. orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

International orders ship once or twice per week based on volume and may take 3 to 5 business days to ship.

Free shipping delivery time is typically 2 to 6 business days after shipment. Weather delays or other disruptions may affect delivery times.

We use USPS Priority Mail for all APO/FPO shipments, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, and other U.S. territories.

Undelivered or lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be refunded or replaced due to carrier requirements.

International Shipping

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. Most European countries and New Zealand typically receive shipments within approximately 2 weeks after dispatch; however, delivery times may vary by destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We reserve the right to select the carrier that provides the best delivery option at the time of shipment, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully completed.

All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted.

If an international order is returned as undeliverable or refused, the shipment will not be accepted due to return shipping and customs costs.

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.
